This Personal Data Processing Policy (the “Policy”) describes the processing and protection of individuals' personal data by MooMind LLC (the “Operator”). It is prepared in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006, “On Personal Data”.

By using the website and submitting information through its contact forms, the user acknowledges this Policy.

The Operator processes information that users voluntarily provide through website forms:

• name and company name;
• contact details, including an email address and/or phone number;
• the enquiry text and other information voluntarily provided;
• technical data sent by the browser, such as cookies, IP addresses and visit information, when web analytics services are used.

• handling enquiries and responding to users;
• preparing and sending commercial proposals on request;
• providing information about the Operator's products and services with consent;
• improving the website and service quality.

Processing is based on the user's consent and carried out in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ and other applicable Russian regulations.

The Operator processes personal data using automated and non-automated methods. Personal data is not disclosed or transferred to third parties except in cases expressly required by Russian law.

The Operator takes necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, destruction, alteration, copying and distribution. Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes of processing, then deleted or anonymised.

You may request information about the processing of your personal data, request correction, restriction or deletion, and withdraw your consent. Send requests to info@moomind.tech.

The website may use cookies and web analytics services to collect anonymised visit statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this may affect some website functions.

After a manual language choice on the Russian website, the moomind_locale cookie remembers that choice for up to one year. The server uses the country associated with an IP address to select the regional website. Country lookup is performed locally and does not determine your exact location. Country data is provided by DB-IP.
